Imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s son arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 Zakarpattia, elle a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 entra\u00eener des jeunes d\u00e9plac\u00e9s internes qui avaient v\u00e9cu une exp\u00e9rience similaire \u00e0 la sienne. \u00ab\u00a0Le sport m&rsquo;a aid\u00e9e \u00e0 faire face en m&rsquo;aidant \u00e0 passer le temps avec mes jeunes joueurs, en favorisant les \u00e9motions positives et en encourageant les enfants \u00e0 faire du sport.\u00a0\u00bb <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2023, Diana a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la formation des jeunes entra\u00eeneurs de la Fondation Scort, qui comprenait des modules sur les pratiques d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement tenant compte des traumatismes et sur les premiers secours psychologiques dans les environnements sportifs. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette formation, elle a appris \u00e0 proposer des activit\u00e9s \u00e9ducatives structur\u00e9es par le biais du football et \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un espace o\u00f9 les jeunes se sentent en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et nouent de nouvelles amiti\u00e9s lorsqu&rsquo;ils sont loin de chez eux. Elle estime que ces apprentissages sont utiles \u00e0 la fois pour elle-m\u00eame et pour son travail avec les jeunes. \u00ab\u00a0J&rsquo;essaie de transmettre toutes mes \u00e9motions positives pour les aider \u00e0 oublier leurs exp\u00e9riences n\u00e9gatives. Je pense que le sport est le meilleur rem\u00e8de naturel pour lutter contre la d\u00e9pression, r\u00e9duire l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et d\u00e9tendre les muscles.
